Commercial @ Project Titan (Former KME), Knowsley, Liverpool

Contract awarded to complete the infill of internal pits and slab overlay to the existing Copper Tube Factory. New surface foul water drainage was installed with ducting to service electronic gates around the site.
The concrete service yard consisted of reduce level dig, installation of dock levellers to serve the new units and reinstate the concrete yard slab to an area of 30,000m2 plus.
The project was completed in December 2018, Phase 2 is now ongoing.
Residential @ Alderley Park, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield

Contract awarded to complete the ground works for 35 new residential units at the old Astra Zenica Park. The works consisted of new surface and foul water drainage, foundation and slabs to new builds whilst also carrying out renovation works to existing offices in installing new drainage and slabs for follow on trades.
High spec finishes were required to the external hard and soft landscaping works which provided a neat and clean finish to the development.
The project was completed in January 2019, phase 2 is now ongoing.
Drainage Works @ Hardscape Products, Bolton
Client: Hardscape Products
Contract awarded to complete both internal and existing drainage works to a unit recently handed over for completion.
Hardscape Products provide high spec paving, tiling and other materials to the industry and required drainage works to serve the machinery used with high pressure water required.
The works consisted of cutting and breaking out the existing slab to install ACO channels and pits to form an outfall manhole and internal ramps with plinths to allow the machinery to sit on. All works were finished with a high quality concrete finish in line with the existing power float finish.
